Typically, you can expect to receive your saber 2-3 weeks after time of payment, and depending on availability can take up to 4 weeks.

Sabers ship directly from the factory. Because of this, shipping time will depend on available stock on hand. You may not receive a tracking number for 1-3 weeks, and will be updated the day your saber ships.

I take your orders very seriously, and due to the saber installation process and availability, I ask for your understanding as we take the necessary time to ensure your new saber matches the quality you deserve.

You can return the item for any reason within 7 days, no questions asked, because I’m committed to your satisfaction.

You must reach out within the 7 day window from the estimated delivery date to start the return process. If for some reason the delivery is delayed by shipper, any extra days are subtracted from the 7 days. You should receive your money back 14 days after the the item(s) is/are received back.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and restocking fee of $25, and the saber must be in its original condition to receive a refund (no damage due to dueling, or marks on the blade from the retention screw). You must ship the item(s) in 1 shipment (using 1 shipping label) back within 14 days of return initiation.

I offer a 1 year warranty if there is a defect. These sabers are quite sturdy but for obvious reasons I cannot offer a warranty for damage due to dueling.

If there are any defects the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please document any issue with photos and message me in my profile within 1 year of the product’s estimated shipping arrival date.

**Any adjustments made to the electronics or physical aspects of the hilt will void return policy and 1 year warranty**

Kylo Ren Hero Saber

I think it' a great saber, but I wasn't happy with the Sound fonts. The sound fonts didn't have any music or quotes from any of the Star Wars movie scenes like my previous Dark Saber. I had to search and purchase the Kylo Ren sound fonts to install on my saber myself since it didn't even have a sound font of Kylo Ren at all. Over all I pleased with the saber itself, but very disappointed with the sound fonts and the fact it didn't have any sound fonts of Kylo Ren even though it is a Kylo Ren Hero saber.

The kylo ren saber is awesome! The new side blades make it look more realistic! Love the lit blade pcb too for the blade plugs.

Great Saber! 36 inch Proffieboard 2.2

It’s an awesome saber. I only have a few complaints that I want to warn buyers on. It’s difficult to get some colors out of the spectrum of the color wheel, the hilt vent blades are slightly less saturated than the main blade and don’t match well for the lighter colors, there is no included list of sondfonts installed as well as technically not having 20+ unique soundfonts preinstalled as described as some are recycled soundfonts just made as presets with a different name and paired with a different ignition to appear unique, and the instructions included are a little unclear and even incorrect on some things. With everything said, my gripes are not with the actual quality of this saber or service provided by this store. The saber looks, feels, and sounds great and the order was both processed and delivered quickly after placement.

Great product but limited instructions

Great as always. I wanted to upgrade to the proffie board and came back to Sean. I charge up the battery and put it all together, one of the quillons won't light correctly. Sean immediately stepped in and got me a replacement sent out. I'm telling you all now, the proffie board is Miles above the xeno and is worth the extra funds.
